Closing For RBA and Plumbing NC II

On Saturday, 29th September 2018, the Closing ceremony of Short Course on Basic Masonry and Carpentry for Royal Bhutan Army and Plumbing NC II was graced by Dasho Dzongdag of Bumthang dzongkhag. There was 40 RBA personnel from different wings, 20 participants for both the trades. Plumbing B (Different mode of Training for NC II) was also graduated at the same time.
